At The Winners Circle Clothing Brand, fit matters. Our jackets are designed specifically for Big & Tall men, and we stand behind the craftsmanship and construction of every piece we sell.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Because each jacket is produced and handled with fit and quality in mind, we are unable to issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Repairs & Size Adjustments

If your jacket does not fit as expected, we are happy to help.

We accept returns for repair or size adjustment only, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a repair or size adjustment:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

• The jacket must show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse

What We Offer

Eligible returns may receive:

• Size adjustments (where possible)

• Minor repairs related to fit or construction

All adjustments are performed to maintain the integrity, structure, and design of the jacket.

Return Process

2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

3. If approved, you will receive return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect.

Turnaround Time

Please allow 7–14 business days from the time we receive the item for repairs or adjustments to be completed and shipped back.

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items worn beyond fit testing

• Items damaged due to improper care

• Items returned without prior approval
